Unakoti
Ancient Rock Carvings
Known as the "Angkor Wat of the North-East," Unakoti features massive rock-cut sculptures of Lord Shiva and other deities dating back to the 7th–9th centuries. Legend says there are 99,99,999 carvings—one less than a crore.
Royal Water Palace
Literally meaning "Water Palace," this architectural marvel was built by Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya in 1930. Located in the middle of Rudrasagar Lake, it blends Hindu and Islamic architectural styles.
Neermahal literally means Water Palace. The place is a picturesque fairytale Royal mansion located in the middle of the Rudrasagar Lake which is 53 km South of Agartala.
